GO SLOW

Fast is frantic
Move fast and fall
Slow is self-possessed
Go slow with sagaciousness

What’s your hurry?
What are you doing?
Where are you going?
Why are you running?

Slow down,
reduce your speed,
decelerate,
put on the brakes

There is power in slow.
Consider Tai Chi;
to achieve perfection
you must not hurry

Go slow, develop a groove
mind and body will remember.
Move too quickly,
loose your center.

Take your time,
reduce distractions,
increase success,
do it right.
